The 270-degree opening rear doors create a wide, unobstructed passage, ideal for the safe and dignified loading of multiple coffins or stretchers. This combination makes the vehicle suitable for a wide variety of working and loading environments.

The double coffin floor is powered by a very quiet yet powerful electric spindle system developed by Huiskamp Carrosseriefabriek, which moves the upper platform fully up and down until it aligns precisely with the lower floor. Compared to conventional hydraulic lift systems or cable and pulley mechanisms, this system is relatively lightweight and compact, benefiting overall payload capacity while remaining low-maintenance. Thanks to its compact construction, the mechanism is invisibly integrated into the side walls, preserving maximum interior space. This creates a minimal lifting threshold and makes loading the upper floor significantly lighter, safer and more ergonomic.
Both levels can be equipped with a roller floor for flat coffin bases or a rail system for coffins with feet, tailored to the specific working methods and funeral traditions in which the vehicle is deployed. The construction offers a high degree of reliability, with the upper floor capable of carrying a maximum load of over 400 kilograms.
The lower floor can optionally also be specified as a manually or fully electrically extendable system and may be constructed in multiple sections for optimal ergonomic use.
If required, the entire load compartment can be configured as a temperature-controlled space, suitable for situations where climate regulation is desired or mandatory.

Behind the double partition wall, a particularly spacious storage zone is created, ideal for larger items such as tall candle stands, coffin cooling units and other funeral equipment. Within this area, a large pull-out apothecary cabinet can be integrated if desired, designed for high load capacity and also available as a double-sided version that can be extended from either side. All storage solutions, including drawers, compartments and sections, are custom-made and executed in durable, hard-wearing materials that are easy to clean.
Custom LED lighting can be applied to ensure clear visibility, even in low-light conditions. Through careful organisation, each piece of equipment is given a fixed place, creating a structured and efficient workspace that clearly supports daily operations.
